How it works
Create a property, then pick a short video of a room from your library. Homover sends it to Gemini, and you review the detected items and add them to your inventory. You get a push notification when the analysis finishes. Add a photo, quantity, condition and value to each item, and export a PDF or Excel report anytime.

Privacy
For AI analysis, the video you select is sent to Google Gemini; the app clearly discloses this and asks for your consent before the first scan. The video is never stored and is deleted after analysis.
